Evan Corix was born on May 26, 1953, in the frozen region of Yakutsk, Russia, deep in the heart of the Soviet Union. Life there was never simple. The winters were brutal, the isolation heavy, and the regimes pressure weighed down on every household like a silent, unrelenting force. For Evan, that pressure increased with turmoil at home. His fathers drinking wasnt just a habit; it cast a looming shadow over the Corix family. This eventually led to divorce and left Evan feeling lost.

He was just a kiddo when the cracks began to show. The sadness that followed struck into his bones. Depression wasnt something people stuidied back then, It was barely even known about, especially in Soviet Russia, where stoic lives were expected and showing weakness was frowned upon.
